We’re thrilled to announce our 4th annual Spring into Action!
Every year, as Canadian mining companies hold their shareholder meetings here in Toronto, we Spring into Action with protests, street theatre, art attacks, films screenings, workshops (and more!) to educate, advocate, and agitate in solidarity with communities around the world impacted by the harmful effects of these mining projects.
Here’s our schedule of upcoming events (more to be added here soon!):
April 26 – Protest Barrick! Stand with Communities Demanding Justice
May 1 – Join us and hundreds of allies for the 11th Annual May Day March!

May 14 – Connecting Anti-Colonial Struggles: River Run Panel featuring Judy Da Silva and Glen Coulthard
May 24 – New Hudbay Minerals Documentary! Film Premiere + Q&A with the Director We’re co-hosting the premiere of a brand new film telling the stories of the communities resisting Hudbay Minerals across the Americas. This is a free film screening at 7pm at the Royal (608 College St.) Facebook event here.
